We seem to have Congressman William R. Keating of Massachusetts in the business of promoting students saying off of drugs & both prescription & non-prescription drug use which is a horrible epidemic & not just in his District, but worldwide.

"Every single community across the country is affected by prescription drug use & more & more communities are seeing an influx of heroin on their streets, in their schools, & eventually in their homes."
