I am trying to convince Congressman Jason T. Smith of Missouri to give a comment on student education being under "localized" control as much as possible to avoid taxpayers funds being wasted & that each student actually gets the most for every dollar. Jason seems rather cooperative.

"I believe that local education decisions should stay local."
