Pennsylvania Congressman Keith Rothfus decides to talk today about corrupt Medicaid companies that were providing poor service to families in some States & yet were allowed to continue to operate in others. An excellent point to be sure.

"It is unacceptable that XII (12) percent of Medicaid providers terminated from a State Medicaid program were found to be unlawfully participating in another State's program."
