As the Ist ever Black Republican elected from Texas, Congressman Will Hurd is set on the issue of border security & race relations. This makes great sense for him to talk to Texan policing students because of his District's long section of border with Mexico. Plus, being of African-American descent, Will can really give a first hand perspective.
