In Committee, we have Congresswoman Grace Napolitano of California astutely delving into worker injuries & trying to prevent them in the future. What with it being the XVth Anniversary of the September XIth attacks where many workers were injured &/or killed, this seems smart.. Grace has as interesting factoid on the Latino worker populace.
