Dear Dave:

A commentary from U.S. Secretary Of Health & Human Services Sylvia Burwell on spiraling health care costs. An issue that is occurring here in Alberta & other jurisdictions with the flood of refugees coming in & needing their health care issues looked after, causing many Canadians to have to wait even longer for their own procedures. As well as a huge population of seniors, many of whom are living longer but with very poor life quality, thus overburdening their families, including West Virginians, Sylvia's home state. This is of course leading to governments offloading costs for free public services onto citizens.
