Dear Dave:

So the U.S. Secretary of Commerce is named Penny Pritzker, how appropriate. I ask Penny this fine day to give students a comment on training people properly. So this would of course apply to telling trainers what their exact needs are, so that they can train students (who are the employees) properly.
