Dear Dave:

I have always been confused as to why liquor stores can sell alcoholic beverages as of 10AM seven days a week while bar owners tell me they can start serving liquor at 10:30AM. Why is there that thirty minute differential Dave? It would seem to me that administratively, bars & lounges should be able to pro offer assorted lovely beverages of an alcoholic nature at the same time as a retail store.
