The U. S. Navy Secretary Ray Mabus not only coordinates armed forces in the water, he also works with the Defense Secretary & other branches of the military to move their troops around by water. As well as to get Navy flyers & ground forces to get air attacks & naval personnel to & from their various ships & checkpoints. Here Raymond explains to potential students & future navy personnel hard choices.
