Dear Dave:

It does seem odd to me that Rachel is only proposing that 30km/h speed school zones for during school hours be installed in front of junior high schools now. I would argue that they should be put in front of high schools & around all collegiate/trade/universiade facilities as well. As there no student of any age, even adult age whose life isn't valuable.
