As we celebrate a century & half as a nation on this Dominion (Canada) Day, we do so with an Interim Prime Minister Of The United Kingdom. The Right Hon. The Lord The Marquess Baron William Cavendish agrees only to be PM until the end of a parliamentary term when a government falls on a vote of "non-confidence." Sort of like Justin Trudeau, Joe Clark, Kim Campbell, & John Turner, & last week, soon to be ex-Premier Christy Clark of (appropriately since we are discussing British PMs) British Columbia. Here Billy discusses the importance of the human factor in getting things done.
