Dear Dave:

Farmers Markets are sure great. I find myself eating more & more fresh raw fruits & vegetables as I recover from my bladder surgery in May. Still very weak & tired, but I find the freshness of these food stuffs gives me more energy for short walks & such, which can only serve to aid in my recovery.
