Customer Service

Dear Dave:

When in library branches or other learning centres, it is important to be respectful of the library personnel at the Customer Service Desk. They are happy to serve you & other library patrons, but be in turn good to them & others. Wait your turn in line, don't harass them as they are already under stress to assist other library patrons find study materials & also make sure that the location runs smoothly during their shift. Eg.: If there are disputes for instance that they are solved amicably.
