Dear David:

I see that your new education document talks about collaboration & inclusiveness but gives zero new funding. Pardon me for saying so David, but it looks like an administrative whitewash. Without cold, hard cash David there will be trouble in Education. Yes I knw Teddy Morton increased the budget a quarter billion in his budget statement. But no offense, that's just chicken feed.

Frankly David, go back to the drawing board. Special needs kids need more hands on face II face time, not less.
