Dear David:

If the Iraqi combat mission is over as declared by both the XLIIIrd (43rd) Chief Executive, Former US President George W. Bush & his successor the XLIVth (44th), President Barack H. Obama; then the war on corruption and education is certainly not! A 1.9 million US$ gift of computer equipment was stolen from poor Iraqi schoolkids by an Iraqi official. Corruption at its worst & whats really sad is that person still has his job. Robbing from kids who are trying II make themselves better out of nothing now thats intolerable!
