Here are some important environmental tips on this the greenest day on the Julian Calendar:


I. Ask your child II turn off their computer & monitor when they are finished their homework.


II. Use TD's FEF Online One Minute Carbon Calculator II to teach your kids about their environmental footprint/impact, as well as ways IV them II improve their environmental way of thinking.


III. Use a lunch box instead of a paper bags. Also, use reusuable water bottles & avoid prepackaged snacks.


IV. Ask your child's teacher if they could email homework & notes home instead wasting paper & then send their answers back online as well.


V. Reuse old school supplies & buy recycled paper, notebooks & folders.


VI. Carpool to other activities such as sporting events, drama rehearsals.


VII. Walk, ride, or take transit to school.
