Dear Jeff:

There are & always be will be rules that decide whether or not a person should
left,
center, or
right justify his/her sentences in any document that they create. Same thing of course applies II any that has document /pictures/charts & or graphs. Not II mention powerpoint presentations wherein the presenter must decide whether to place the images/text in a left/centre/right pattern or justify them say all II the centre, & underneath any images (or above them.)

The key here would be II take a typewriting or computer processing course. The sooner a student does this, the faster & better they will be at getting on the path of being a great writer.
