Dear Jeff:

Its up to Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department to hold a mother & a father accountable for their teenage son drinking alcohol to get drunk & then stealing more & also getting other youngsters drunk. Its a really bad idea as these teens are at some points dying in huge numbers b/c they get alcohol poisoning since they are not used to consuming it. The Sarge queries:

"Do you know where he spends his time when he goes out at night?"
