Dear Dave:

While The White House Chief Of Staff Denis McDonough has "cabinet rank", he & several officials who comprise the cabinet & vote in meetings do not hold the title of "Mister or Madam Secretary." As a result, Denis who organizes the staff for The Chief Executive & makes sure meetings run smoothly. So he himself likes to tell students to get regular exercise so that they feel healthier at work, a very superb message.

"I try to work out six days a week, you know, weights two days a week, & I try to run those six days, so I get good cardio."
