Dear Dave:

Dr. Starke had to face the "stark"e reality of the political situation he was in. Sure he chose to keep the Progressive Conservative label rather than move over to the United AirlinesConservative Party (UACP) label. Yes it might see that his "stark"e choice was seeded by the jealously of losing the PC Alberta Leadership race to Senor Kenney. But I for one don't think so as Dickie had quite the loss, he wasn't even close in the balloting. Analyze Davey if you will the fact that this "simple country doctor of animals" took his considered choice & chose the party & caucus name that was best for him. If people in politics are going to get after the doc, maybe they should "take a look in the mirror" (thanks Jim) & realize that Richard met with Mr. Kenney, Mr. Jean & others. He obviously was a "no" vote in the balloting to merge the two parties. Well what in the hell is wrong with that exactly? I'd say nothing as there were a few thousand votes against the merger among those who voted in both parties, a full 10% of ballots electronically or phone-in cast. Should we throw those members out? No in politics you have to be diplomatic & thank them & Dr. Starke for exercising their right to vote.

Something the Aga Khan Lover of private illegal flights with no consequences that current Canadian PM Justin Trudeau doesn't seem to give "a flying fuddle duddle" about. And then giving $10.5 million to the admitted murderer Omar Khadr who deserves at least life in a prison cell with O. J. Simpson, that would solve two problems at once.

Dear Dave:

My late mother June (the greatest mom & teacher of them all) & her fellow upstairs in Heaven buddy & canine son Tex the loyal dog, along with my dad, my sister, my brother & myself are trying to track down a family boat built my dad & my grandfather in MCMLXVI (1966.) They spent over 800 hours building it & named it the "Junie-Bug" after mom. The registration at the time was #2H-15432 but the registration may have changed to #2H-19632. Our family is now offering a reward of five-hundred dollars ($500.00) Canadian Funds for information leading to its successful return. Dad always regretted his MCMLXXII (1972) sale of the boat as the family spent countless hours on Wabamun Lake with it.

It was made of 3/8" mahogany marine plywood & then covered in fibreglass. It was 18" long & seated 8 people & had white seats with red trim. At the time of its sale it had a Westbend/Chrysler 80 hp motor in it & a tube trailer. Our family would just love to buy it back to repair & have my nieces & nephews & future generations ride around in it. An ad with further details can be found today in an ALL NEW edition of "The Edmonton Sun" on the 66th page!

We have a Scotsman (although born in England but a dual citizen of both nations) who is into economizing in The Right Honourable The Lord The Earl John Stuart as the next Prime Minister. As we are being unfairly taxed & beaten down out of our resource money here in Alberta that we must share with ungrateful leeches in Ontario & most especially Quebec, this topic makes sense. Alberta is poor, why aren't other provinces sending us our equalization money back in a crisis, they never do?! And Premier Notley & that prick current PM Justin Trudeau saddle us with the carbon taxes to make us even worse off (just so we can pay the terrorist Omar Khadr blood money when he deserves life in jail!) Fair taxation laws for the young working family with children all the way to old people has always been a struggle for politicians (just as the equalization formula of Confederation is a ripoff to Alberta.) For the PM, there was no exception to this rule & he mentions it openly.

While I am clearly not a Democratic supporter (Pres. Richard Nixon the Republican of California was my main man) & I'm very allergic to peanuts, I can put aside my political differences with & I most certainly welcome the XXXIXth (39th) Former President Of The United States Of America James Earl (Jimmy) Carter, Jr., Democratic-Georgia & that very lovely bride of his Mrs. Rosalynn Carter here. The XCII (92) year old Former Chief Executive & the XLIst (41st) Former Ist Lady give a valued high profile presence to the Habitat For Humanity build in southeast Edmonton (as well as Winnipeg), which is great as owning a home should never really be out of reach for any students & their families no matter their socio-economic circumstances. I'm glad that the Secret Service detail is providing such excellent security. I'm also glad that I toured Delton Cabinets this past Saturday (Delton donating kitchen cabinets for the Habitat homes) & had Hotdogs with Hallsy. Bryan Hall & the Delton team along with local media like 630AM Ched Radio are doing a stellar job in promoting this!

It sure seems strange that Canada has no federal Education Minister & Department with federal oversight especially as we have a federal Health Minister despite the fact that health & education are both provincial jurisdiction. Maybe PM Justin Trudeau, B. A., B. Ed., PC, MP, Liberal, Papineau could serve as Canada's Ist Education Minister as he's a teacher by trade & then donate the cabinet salary to an inner city Ottawa school hot lunch program since he was born there!

The first person to be given a chance at a second term as PM is The Right Honourable The Viscount His Grace The Duke The Lord The Marquess Baron Baronet Earl Thomas Pelham-Holles. Of course in the parliamentary counting system he is on his IInd term as IVth (4th) Prime Minister. Whereas in a "Republic" like the US of A, President Grover Cleveland, Democratic-New York was XXIInd (22nd) & XXIVth (24th) President, not XXIInd Prez for II non-consecutive terms. Which means that President Donald Trump, Republican-New York is the XLVth (45th) US Prez, but only the XLIVth (44th) person to hold the office.

In this term, Tommy focused on good governance. He formed an alliance with William Pitt or "Pitt The Elder", a political enemy & leader of the Patriot Whigs. They made things work to prevent government from stalling completely over, which was especially important with the Seven Years War raging on it was better to work as a team for the nation. Despite having to conduct government from the House Of Lords Chamber since he wasn't an MP, Tom wanted to try & conduct a government without (or with as little corruption as possible.)

So the intrepid & insightful Edmonton Journal Columnist Graham Thomson writes today that a Conservative Civil War is brewing betwixt Brian Jean, MLA, Wildrose, Fort McMurray-Conklin & Hon. Jason Kenney, PC. So what, in a street fight to knock out your pal & caucus colleague Premier Rachel Notley, MLA, New Democratic, Edmonton-Strathcona & Her Majesty's New Democratic Government you need the meanest & toughest sum bitch possible. If Candidate Kenney or Candidate Jean is successful then all the more power to them & whomever wins should give the second place finisher the Deputy Leader of Her Majesty's Loyal Official Opposition slot along with the new party's Deputy Leader slot & his choice of shadow portfolio. And both men have equal experience, Brian in the Oppo Leader slot provincially & Jason in the federal cabinet so they have talents at differing levels which will be a real asset!

Of course I am assuming that Brian or Jason will win, but neither I nor anyone else should ever (must never) assume. It could be another member of either caucus, an outside leader, or perhaps a woman. Just ask Dark Horse President Abraham Lincoln, Republican-Illinois who (on this America's CCXLIst (241st) birthday) conducted the United States Civil War with grace & dignity (800,000 dead & still rising, some "civil" war.) Which is what whomever takes the command deck of the United Airlines Conservative Party (UACP) (lousy name) will have to do. I am of course announcing here that I will not be a leadership candidate but my choice would be the great Jason Nixon, MLA, Wildrose, Rimbey-Rocky Mountain House-Sundre. Who else could "out-Nixon" Rachel, you, & the socialist (communist) hordes out of Room #CCCVII (#307) Legislature Bvilding, The Office of The Premier? Of course the fight between Jason & Brian will be much bigger than a Dave Semenko bloodbath (we can only hope!)
