Hon. Adriana LaGrange, MLA, Minister of Education, United Conservative, Red Deer-North
Dear Adriana:
At least Hon. Premier Brian Pallister, B. A., B. Ed., MLA, Progressive Conservative, Fort Whyte knew that politically it was the right time to step down as Manitoba Premier & he did so quickly & didn't stay on too long like Hon. Premier Jason Thomas Lukaszuk Kenney, PC, MLA, United Conservative, Calgary-Lougheed. Like the late US Prez Harry S. Truman, Democratic-Missouri, Bri is at least taking "the buck stops here" attitude & is acknowledging his mistakes & that he removed Covid XIX restrictions far too quickly. Whereas as Jason Thomas keeps "screwing the pooch" & just blowing any & all good will he had just 2.5 years ago on the way to his UCP majority. Jason Thomas needs to "know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em" like the old Kenny Rogers song "The Gambler" says, he should have been out the door a long, long time ago. If he retires, he can spend two months or more a year in Costa Rica at Premier Pallister's home & no cellphones. In this campaign season, we need a new Head of Her Majesty's Government in Alberta, just like in Manitoba where Mr. Pallister has the good sense to have an Interim Leader & Premier take over, someone who isn't a threat to seize the job permanently & so will be brilliant at it. Like Hon. Judge Premier Dave Hancock, B. A., LL. B., QC, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Whitemud was when he took over for an Interim stint. Things just aren't working out. I am sure that incoming Interim Hon. Premier Kelvin Goertzen, B. A., B. Comm., B. Law, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Steinbach.
Brian Pallister Leaving Because He Doesn't Want To Become A Bigger Weed Than The Manitoba Maple In His Back Yard,
Rory
