Dear Jeff:

I find it rather frustrating & annoying that the Calgary Public School Board is going ahead with huge teacher & administrative increases. They are acting rather high brow IV no good reason, especially when you consider other boards are freezing wages or are part of the smaller contracts for lower wages that you negotiated provincewide.
