Dear Dave:
I have to admit, closing Edmonton Public Library (EPL) Branches on a weekday is a bit annoying. But I also have to admit, giving EPL library staff a chance to network, meet staff from other branch locations, & increase their contact network is rather sound policy. Making it a PD DAY, lets them be just like students & this is very smart as they are learning anew on ways to enhance "the library experience" for EPL customers even more!
