Dear Jeff:
It is with a heavy heart that I hear of another shooting, this time in a church in Franklin County, Pennsylvania where a gunman was going II shoot children at a Christmas concert. Instead he arrives to early & shoots a church volunteer who was just putting up decorations to make the children & her congregation happy IV the holiday season. He also shot II innocent men at another site. Why must this madness continue?
