Dear Jeff:

An extremely wise decision was made by the Eastern School District of Newfoundland & Labrador. Due II extremely hazardous blizzard conditions, the district closed Newfie schools. This is excellent b/c the days can be made up in the spring once the snow clears. Also, better that Newfie students are safe at home, or in an alternate safe place approved by their parent &/or guardian than risk getting injured &/or killed on the way II school.
