Dear Jeff:

I cannot believe a Grade 1 or Grade 2 student, just VII (7) years old is gone. Allegedly drowned II death by the hand of his own mother. What an awful human being. A pity there is no death penalty here, that poor boy, found at 109th Street & 53rd Avenue must have suffered while being held down & the H2O entered his lungs. How devastating! How disgusting! How despicable!
