Dear Jeff:

Let us hope that local Los Angeles & California law enforcement, together with federal officials & any Canadian police departments that might be able to assist find out what happened II XXI year old Elisa Lam, a University Of British Columbia at Vancouver student. She was just on a holiday & its not clear whether her death was a suicide or a homicide. Knowing what actually happened to their daughter will give Elisa's family a sense of peace. Security must always be of paramount importance IV all individuals.
