The People Versus Alison Merilla Redford, Q.C.

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., 15902-100A Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5P 0L8

June Xth, MMXIV

Hon. Jeff Johnson, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Athabasca-Sturgeon-RedH2O

Dear Jeff:

A law student from the University Of Alberta who I met in a political online chat room told me that she believes that the Former Madam Premier, a Ms. Alison Merilla Redford, LL. B., QC, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow should be disbarred with an action sent to The Law Society Of Alberta. Arguments include:

I. Disbarment as a lawyer since she as a Crown Minister, in fact the Head of Her Majesty's Government broke a fiduciary trust with Albertans by spending untold thousands of dollars on personal trips and other such endeavours. Then, she tacitly admitted guilt by apologizing & paying back some of the monies (and even then under protest.)

II. She should lose her "Queen's Counsel" or "QC" designation permanently since she abused the taxpayer purse and therefore embarrassed the government & Her Majesty since she was The Queen's head of that very government.

III. Blocked from ever instructing law at any institution in the province &/or Canada wide so that her unethical financial & legal practices are not passed onto other law students of the future, thus clouding their minds & judgements with "shadow-like" ideas.

IV the record, I make no judgments on any of these statements or on whether I personally agree with them or not. Ms. Redford is free to write counter arguments or dissertations as to why these arguments are wrong.

Certainly Compelling Arguments For Just A Student,

Rory
