Dear Dave:

Newly minted Federal Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer must be channeling his "inner Compton" because like Andy, The Right Honourable The Viscount The Lord Baron Earl Sir Spencer Compton was a Speaker Of The House Of Commons before obtaining the Prime Ministership (as Andy hopes to do in MMXIX.) He always hated when MPs bitched & tried to stress him out about being interrupted, this occurred even when the interruptions were for procedural reasons. He had to berate an uncooperative MP in front of school children in the Commons Chamber (much like Speakers today do & have done since the start of parliamentary tradition) for not being respectful of Roberts Rules Of Order.
