Dear Dave:
I have to give you & Alberta Education, as well as municipal transit systems credit/rebate for working in tandem to get municipal transit rebates in play. In this way, students of a lower income level will have an equal chance at getting to their educational institutes in a safe & reliable manner on public transit. Thus they are not deprived of a quality education just because they are of a lesser means!
