Several years ago she started a program where new babies up till age V when they hit Kindergarten got a free book a month. A brain stimulus project from Dolly Parton Enterprises if you will. Its real nice, sort of a Tennessee Home Girl making lives better for folks. The idea has run XX plus years and is now a National Program.
