I just voted by Special Ballot yesterday. Its handy & convenient & for students of the democratic process because it lets people vote by mail. Just placed your photo & non-photo id's in the voting envelope & hand print the names of your chosen candidate(s) in the separately sealed ballot envelopes & then pop in the mailbox. This is a great option IV busy students as well as seniors who want to avoid lineups at the advance polls or on Election Day, April XXIIIrd itself.
