Dear Jeff:

This Bellerose Composite High School in the St. Albert Protestant Schools Division seems like a great place. I am truly impressed with their website & the professional way in which they have set up their summer school. Just like St. Albert Outreach Protestant High School & St. Gabriel Storefront Online Catholic (Public) Cybernetic High School, Bellerose is ensuring that its students receive the best of instruction.

It was pointed out to me that schools themselves cannot independently fundraise, & that it takes a lot of parental involvement II cover off shortages. That tidbit was provided II me by the excellent Principal Graham Jackson of St. Albert Outreach & I thank him IV it. So if St. Albert Schools in both divisions are having trouble raising cash with parental fundraising committees, why not form a super committee, 1/2 Catholic, 1/2 Protestant?

In this way, only 1/2 as many parent volunteers will be needed & a bigger funding potential opens up. Each side only gets 1/2 the revenues generated, but each side then only has II bear 1/2 the costs! Both divisions are "Christian" based, so why not work in "the spirit of Christ" himself? In these tough economic times, this might be a winner! Adding Bellerose & other bigger schools to the initial smaller online/outreach school parent fundraising grid will only make the message spread further & faster.

Start The Dialogue,

Rory
