Dear Jeff:

Its time to get Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department to give us a student/troubled young person commentary.:

"When he was at school, Johnny was kept supplied with narcotics by a man named Jocko Harris. He's what we call a pusher, a kind of in-between supply man in the narcotics trade. He was lying face up in the water near a clump of trees. He was a good-looking boy-dark hair, good build, handsome. Took only one look and you knew he was too young to be dead. You could argue for a week but you couldn't change it. He was dead. His mother said that he was such a good boy and wondered how could he have ever have gotten started in such a thing? How could he make such a big mistake? I told her that he had the best excuse in the world, he was seventeen!"

"Yo Joe",

Rory
