Dear Dave:
Governor Eddie Calvo of the United States Territory of Guam looks at the issue of his mindset that he needs as Governor to create jobs so that families with kids will stay on the Island & make it grow. He does so in his State Of The Island Address. Here in Alberta & in other parts of Canada, many people might leave to other jurisdictions due to the bad economy & so like in Guam would take their kids with them.
"It's about building a future for our children & their children-giving them a proper foundation, a solid foundation on which they can enjoy a prosperous life."
