Outside on the grounds of the Capitol we find Congressman Rick Nolan of Minnesota & his gorgeous bride Mary catching some air. Rick used to teach & so believes in "investing" in childrens educational interests strongly.
"I believe there is no better investment than in the education of our children, & I will make this a top priority."
