Massachusetts Congressman Mike Capuano emphasizes student accessibility & how useless a set of ratings to decide who should get into college would be. An idea proposed by his own party leader & boss, President Barry Obama, Democratic-Illinois (Kenya.) This shows that people in the same party can have disagreements.
"We are committed to making a college education more accessible & affordable but a ratings system won't get us there."
