SCOTUS-Madam Justice Sotomayor

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

July IVth, MMXVI

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

On this America's birthday or Independence Day, we get Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) Madam Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor to explain the judicial & legislative & executive branches & how they each constitute independent aspects of how laws are made. Which would be similar to Canada's Parliament & The Supreme Court Of Canada.

"I wouldn't approach the law the way the President does. Judges can't rely on what's in their heart. They don't determine the law. Congress makes the law. The job of a judge is to apply the law."

Roman Catholicism,

Rory
