An Editor's Note: To begin with today, the service here for the late Premier Jim Prentice was very dignified & respectful.

In terms of Halloween costumes you do have to make sure your kids & any adults going to All Hallows Eve parties get costumes that are tasteful. Some people might be offended at what you or your kids wear. of course others will love it & all you can do is the best you can. Do what makes you &/or your kids happy!
