Dear Dave:
Shoveling sidewalks & streets by school sites is definitely important. Especially Dave in & around crosswalks so cars don't inadvertently speed through. To cover off shortages of personnel to clean sidewalks & pathways, why not let people who get speeding tickets in school zones have the option of shoveling a walk say ten times instead of paying their fine. This would clearly improve safety levels in & around educational sites throughout the province.
