The "Premier"e League-Yukon Redux

Dear Dave:

Having just assumed the Office of The Premier on December IIIrd,  & meeting with Prime Minister Justine Trudeau, B. A., B. Ed., PC, MP, Liberal, Papineau & the other Premiers today in Ottawa, Premier Sandy Silver of the Yukon Territory gets his own "The "Premier"e League" due to the fact that the CIVth (114th) U. S. Congress is still in office until about Jan VIth, MMXVII or so. Silver seems an appropriate name since the new Premier represents The Klondike, known for many gold rushes. A math teacher by trade, Sandy chats with Yukon math students about mathematically putting the Yukon Liberals in a perfect position to govern, whether they voted for him or not; Sandy knows he must be the Preem for all Yukoners!
