Dear Dave:

Here in Edmonton-Riverview counting cars & following the traffic patterns for the last few days, I can better understand how the various levels of government have to take them into consideration for negotiations in getting money for construction. Both for roads & the area infrastructure surrounding them. This can lead to discussions with the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA) & rural representatives for say counties.
