Rather Gravely

Dear Adriana;

I am rather sickened by the desecration of the grave markers for the XXXVIIIth President Of The United States, Gerald Ford, Republican-Michigan & his very lovely wife Betty. Having saluted & met & shaken hands with the President & Mrs. Ford by chance (& after proper Secret Service pat down was conducted, clearance was granted for me to do so since I have total respect for those rules) just at the conclusion of the MCMXCV Luciano Pavarotti concert put on at Northlands Coliseum by the great Peter Pocklington & his classy wife Eva. I am rather distressed at the lack of respect for political history & this great man who healed the nation in his unexpected ascendancy to the top job. All the more poignant when Mr. Ford never expected to get higher in power than Speaker Of The US House Of Representatives.

However for the sake of bipartisanship, I am in agreement with people that the punishment should fit the crime. it's certainly not a death penalty charge. But why not borrow some peanut butter from XXXIXth US President Jimmy Carter, Democratic-Georgia (Mr. Ford's friend after their MCMLXXVI run for Prez against one another) & the quite stunning Mrs. Rosalynn Carter. Get it in bulk from their peanut farm & lather up the perpetrators then give them a 5 minute head start before sending in the Secret Service dogs &/or the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) Canine Unit after them.

I Am Being Totally Fair & Unbiased & Giving Equal Time To All Sides Here,

Rory
