Dear David:

I got my 200 credits through an online institution. So my feeling is that all online high schools should be forced II accept upgrading or returning students of all ages. This not only prevents possible human rights complaints/lawsuits, the extra revenues IV course fees generated brings in extra profits which can be used to hire more teachers &/or develop new programs.
