Dear David:

While I disagree with Mayor Mandel vociferously on the way he handled the Municipal Airport issue, I totally agree with the need II introduce school revitilization zones in older neighborhoods. Of course this would have been easier if he hdn't cut he air traffic coming in of citizens from up north who might move into these zones.
