I sure hope you & your lovely bride, Mrs. Principal Janet Hancock are enjoying your vacation. Students of democracy will appreciate what is going on with the Alberta Liberal Party holding their first leadership debate Wednesday in Edmonton. Your party followed up by holding its first debate for Progressive Conservative leader on Thursday in Vermillion.

Students who like social studies & politics must learn just how valuable open debate & policy discussions are, they ensure that each party member can choose who(m) they feel would be the best leader. This is what the democratic process IV leadership & in general elections at all levels is so great in the Dominion of Canada. Students should partake of the mock parliament's set up in the Legislature Building in summers II get a real feel IV the democratic process.
