Dear David:

I am delighted II state that of & IV the record, little Kienan Hiebert has been returned unharmed to his home. While frightening that he could be snatched & then reurned to the home w/o his family knowing, its just great that Kienan can hug his parents, siblings, & other family members now & just concentrating on being a III year old little boy. I urge folks to go to missing children's websites & help their local constabulary's find other missing kids.
