All hail clinical psychologist Dr. Phillip C. McGraw. On his syndicated talk show "Dr. Phil" yesterday, he had the parents on of a baby girl named Jessica, who went missing in October MMXI. The Doc is raising awareness IV the "National Centre IV Missing & Exploited Children." These are after all the students of the future, lets make their daily lives abuse free.
