Dear Jeff:

In negotiating the annexation of Leduc County lands over II Edmonton, Edmonton should not be vitriolic & forceful in their negotiation tactics just b/c they want the Edmonton International Airport lands. Perhaps having students there to observe the negotiations would give them practice at bargaining & negotiation skills. They can use these in the future if they are management or union negotiators.
