Dear Jeff:

Today Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department makes us aware that there are always alarming trends in crime & for the most part they are quite random, that is until the source of the problem(s) (if there even is any) is discovered. At this juncture, the good Sergeant has to deal with an unexplained heavy increase in youth crime.

"It was Thursday, April 10th. We were working the day watch out of Juvenile Division. My partner's Frank Smith; the boss is Captain Stine. My name's Friday. A crime wave had suddenly erupted among the teenagers of the city. We were getting reports of robberies, burglaries, and bodily assault. We didn't know why it was happening, but we had to try to stop it."

Well You Just Go Right Ahead & Do That Sergeant Friday,

Rory
